Coaching is a partnership.

The primary task of the coach is to establish a safe space and a reflective environment for G.R.E.A.T. collaboration focused on Goals, Reflections, Experimentations, A-ha moments and Transformations.

We support leaders in role transition and integration, in building trust and commitment in their teams, managing stakeholder relationships, developing EQ, CQ, gravitas and executive presence, achieving their ideal work-life rhythm, and other critical themes for success.

We coach with a difference, coaching the person not the problem. As a result we support executives to build new habits, shift mindsets, boost their self-awareness, address blind spots, resistance to change and limiting beliefs.

We value the impact of the ‘systems’ coachees operate in. We facilitate interviews, observations, 360 feedback and assessments to ensure that a wholistic view is developed & gained from a diverse and relevant set of stakeholder insights.

Finally, we are committed to sustainable change. We check in to support the embedding of new behaviours while ensuring accountability is in place. Ultimately, change can happen not only in behaviours, habits, mindsets but also in leadership identity.
