He specializes in leadership success psychology, business communications, team dynamics, and activating managers to become learning leaders.

As a former Head of Learning and Development for Cathay Pacific Airways and Cathay Dragon, Steve has a proven track record building learning cultures, developing global leaders, coaching teams, and facilitating large-scale change programmes.

Steve has worked in over 100 cities and 40 countries and has a unique ability to engage people from across cultures. He is currently based in Hong Kong with his family.
