Natalia is an executive coach with a background in Hospitality. Her extensive working experience gained in Europe, North, Central and South America, Africa and South East Asia over 20 years, has developed in her the ability to adapt to different cultures and the capacity to deal with multi-cultural teams.

She enjoys empowering people and businesses: helping international companies to deliver locally and local companies to become global. She facilitates the transformation of leaders, teams and organizations to achieve ambitious goals whilst understanding the change needed for long-term learning and success.

Natalia excels in creating a secure space for clients to explore and discover new insights that will help them shape future actions towards targeted goals. Her areas of work are transition to new roles and new cultures, leadership presence & impact, increasing self-awareness, building confidence and reframing limiting beliefs.

Natalia has coached in private, non-profit sectors and the diplomatic community. She coaches in English, Spanish, Italian and French and is currently based in Zurich.
